    President and Chief Executive Officer

    Sharafat Yousufzai, President and Chief Executive Officer of Innovative Network Technology (INT), brings over 20 years' experience supporting the Department of Defense Healthcare agency, Private sector Medical and Health Facilities, and eClinical Works Software. With a background in Nursing, Information Assurance, and Computer Science, she leads in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, Acquisitions, and Agile Project Management. Mrs. Yousufzai has significant experience in leading, managing, and executing tasks in all aspects of the contract management life cycle with federal government agencies within DOD and in Medical and Health Facility Services. She has distinguished herself repeatedly throughout the years with her commitment to quality and her consistent approach to redefining excellence in the Information Technology arena. She is a results-oriented leader with superb teamwork and logistics management skills and communication skills, and her unique ability to negotiate with high-level ranking officials has made her a major asset and leader throughout the Cybersecurity Information Technology industry.

    Senior Consultant

    Doug Fish is a Senior Consultant with INT. He has been with the company for 4 years. Mr. Fish is a level III Subject Matter expert with more than 20 years of experience. He holds certifications including Certified Information Security System Professional (CISSP), Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP). Mr. Fish has experience supporting the development, overseeing the deployment, and managing systems. He has trained and coordinated teams in both technical and non-technical aspects to work together to meet requirements and achieve milestones, as well as to monitor and track systems. He has analyzed and evaluated vulnerabilities to best assist systems to achieve ATOs (Authority to Operate) and perform risk assessments to complete the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process. Mr. Fish’s experiences working with systems throughout their lifecycles have given him an invaluable understanding of the needs and requirements of the process.
